Customers are expected to read the general guidelines to make a call. Company will not be responsible for any problem arised due to users using the service incorrect. Company will also not provide refund or credit if the user enters the wrong number and the call is made. All customers are provided with 10 digit unique pin number and customers are not allowed to share the pin number to unauthorized users. Company will not bear any responsibility on the misuse of the pin number. Pin number can also be used to log in to the account and check the users call activity and the company will not be liable if unauthorized person access the account and use the information for any conduct.

Never share your pin number with unauthorized user

Always enter your destination number after the IVR message is complete

Inform us immediately if you suspect or find out your pin number is being misused by others
